BILLY THE BIKER JALAPENO - Capsicum Annuum - 20 Seeds

The 'Billy Biker' is a specific variety of jalapeño pepper.
It is known for being slightly hotter than a traditional jalapeño, and its heat level falls within the medium range on the Scoville scale. 
The 'Billy Biker' jalapeño generally ranges from 5,000 to 10,000 SHU (Scoville Heat Units).  For comparison, a typical jalapeño ranges from 4,000 to 8,500 SHU.
When fully ripe and red, the peppers tend to be spicier than when picked green. 
The peppers are large, reaching approximately 3.5 inches (9 cm) in length, and are known for being high-yielding.
The 'Billy Biker' is described as aromatic, with a robust flavor and a noticeable kick that is not overwhelming.
It is an excellent choice for a variety of dishes, including:   Salsa    Pickling   Hot sauces
They can be harvested and used when green (more herbaceous flavor) or allowed to ripen to a deep red (sweeter and slightly hotter).
