GIANT LEEK CARENTAN - heirloom - 20 SEEDS "Allium Porrum"

An old European variety with extremely tender white stems, long leaves,  averages 15cm long by 5cm diameter.  

It is an excellent substitute for onions.

The sweet and delicate flavour makes it ideal for use in salads &soups &has a delicate mild flavor, and tastes great fresh or cooked.
