ROYAL MALLOW FLOWER - 10 SEEDS

Royal mallow (Malva trimestris), also known as rose mallow or annual mallow, is an annual flowering plant native to the Mediterranean region. It is widely grown as an ornamental garden flower. 
Royal mallow grows up to 120 cm tall and features large, funnel-shaped flowers in shades of white and pink. 
Flowering season: It blooms during the summer, living up to its Latin name trimestris, meaning "of three months".
Cultivation: This plant is typically grown from seed sown in the spring. It thrives in light, moderately fertile, and well-drained soil in a sunny location.
Pollinators: Royal mallow is a good source of nectar and pollen for bees and other insects, making it a valuable addition to wildlife gardens. 

Culinary
Though royal mallow is primarily an ornamental plant, like other members of the mallow family (Malvaceae), its leaves and flowers are edible. 
Leaves: Young leaves can be eaten raw in salads or cooked as a vegetable.
Flowers: Flowers are a beautiful garnish for salads or desserts.
Seeds: The unripe seed capsules, or "cheeses," are also edible and can be added to salads. 

Containers: Its size and attractive flowers also make it suitable for growing in patio containers.
